Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery times within the United States are 3–7 business days after processing.

Fragile Items Our candles are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at bentontoni@aol.com with a photo of the damage so we can make it right.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Return Shipping If you need to return an item, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at bentontoni@aol.com before sending a return.
